Holiday Apartment Edelweiss – ideal for 7 to 8 people

Our Holiday Apartment Edelweiss is ideal for 7 people, and can accommodate up to 8 using the sofa bed. The apartment is quietly located in Hainzenberg and offers a wonderful view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains. You have direct, ground-level access to a large garden. The spacious living kitchen provides plenty of room, and two separate bathrooms ensure sufficient privacy. The Gerlossteinbahn and the bus stop are only a 5-minute walk away.

Living Area

The Holiday Apartment Edelweiss is a 4-room apartment with approximately 73 m² of living space in the ground floor of the house, with direct access to the large garden. The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living kitchen. The furnishings are modern yet cozy. High-quality wooden paneling on the walls creates a pleasant indoor climate. The bedrooms are equipped with solid wood beds.

The centerpiece of the apartment is the generously sized living kitchen: The cozy corner sofa (suitable for 2 people to sleep) invites you to relax. A large flat-screen TV ensures a comfortable evening of watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the large acacia wood dining table is perfect for shared meals or game nights.

Winter Notice

In winter, we strongly recommend arriving with winter tires. In case of heavy snowfall, we also advise carrying snow chains. Although the roads are usually well-cleared, significant snowfall can occur within a few hours – therefore, proper winter equipment is essential.

Location & Surroundings

Our house, built in the typical Tyrolean country style, is quietly located in Hainzenberg, about 5 kilometers above Zell am Ziller, offering a magnificent view of the Zillertal mountains. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the valley station of the Gerlossteinbahn, which takes you to 1,650 m above sea level into a small, quiet ski area away from the crowds. At Gerlosstein, you will also find the longest toboggan run in the Zillertal. On the 7 km track, you can enjoy pure sledding fun – and the highlight: the run is illuminated until 1 a.m.!
