Cancellation conditions
1. Cancellation by the tenant
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full price of your stay will be charged. Any deposits already paid are non-refundable.
- If payment (even a partial amount) is not made on time, the landlord is entitled to cancel the booking. In this case, the deposit will be considered a cancellation fee and will also be non-refundable.
- In case of no-show, the full amount will also be charged.
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are only considered effective once they have been confirmed by the landlord.
- We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
2. Cancellation by the landlord
- If payment is not made on time, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract without notice. Any advance payments already made will also be considered cancellation fees in this case.
- Should the landlord be prevented from fulfilling the contract due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., force majeure or sale of the property), he or she may also withdraw from the contract. In this case, all payments already made will be fully refunded.
