AlpenApartment Zillertal – Your Holiday Paradise for up to 12 Guests

Our AlpenApartment Zillertal is ideal for up to 12 guests. It is located in a quiet area of Hainzenberg and offers a breathtaking view of the Zillertal and surrounding mountains. You have direct, ground-level access to a large garden. Two spacious living kitchens and three separate bathrooms provide plenty of space and comfort. The Gerlossteinbahn cable car and a bus stop are just a 5-minute walk away.

The Living Space

The AlpenApartment Zillertal consists of two separate apartments that can be connected via an internal door. The total area of the apartment is 123 m² and it is located on the ground floor of the house with direct access to the large garden.

It offers:

• Four bedrooms with solid wood beds
• Three bathrooms
• Two spacious living kitchens

The interior is modern yet cozy. High-quality wooden paneling on the walls ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The living kitchens are the heart of the apartment: large corner sofas (each suitable for sleeping 2 people), two flat-screen TVs, and fully equipped kitchens invite you to relax, cook, and enjoy time together. The two dining tables made of solid acacia wood are perfect for shared meals or game nights.

Sleeping Arrangements

• 2 bedrooms each with one double bed and one single bed
• 1 bedroom with two single beds (can be combined into a double bed on request)
• 1 bedroom with bunk bed (bottom: small double bed 140x200 cm; top: single bed 90x200 cm – ideal for children, but also suitable for adults)
• 2 living kitchens each with a sofa bed for 2 people

Winter Notice

In winter, we strongly recommend arriving with winter tires. In case of heavy snowfall, we also advise carrying snow chains. Although the roads are usually well-cleared, significant snowfall can occur within a few hours – therefore, proper winter equipment is essential.

We are happy to offer a bread roll service. Detailed information is available upon arrival or, upon request, in advance via email.

Location & Surroundings

Our house, built in the typical Tyrolean country style, is quietly located in Hainzenberg, about 5 kilometers above Zell am Ziller, offering a magnificent view of the Zillertal mountains. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the valley station of the Gerlossteinbahn, which takes you to 1,650 m above sea level into a small, quiet ski area away from the crowds. At Gerlosstein, you will also find the longest toboggan run in the Zillertal. On the 7 km track, you can enjoy pure sledding fun – and the highlight: the run is illuminated until 1 a.m.!
